Thank you for choosing Enchanting Entertainment to make your day extra magical, we can't wait to make enchanting memories with you! In the meantime, here are some of our frequently asked questions to help the day go as smooth as possible!

What locations do you cover?
We are based in South West London and service Surrey, London and North West Kent. If you are not sure whether we can travel to your chosen location, drop us a message and we'll be sure to come back to you!

When will I hear from my entertainer?
Once your booking is confirmed, all the details will be sent to you by email! You can expect your assigned entertainer to contact you by phone the week of your event to introduce themselves and go through the finer details of the day.

What time will my entertainer arrive?
Our entertainers will arrive 20 mins before your event start time to get set up and start the magic from the minute your guests arrive!

What do I need to provide?
Your entertainer will bring everything that they need to run the party including speakers, props and other equipment. All we ask is that there is a table available for them to use on the day.

Can I invite boys?
Absolutely! We are experts in creating inclusive parties that even get the boys involved.

What is the maximum number of children I can invite?
We recommend to keep the guest list to a maximum of 30 guests if they are under the age of 12 to ensure the party is comfortable and fun for everyone. However, we know this isn't always possible, so if you're a popular prince/princess get in touch and let us know how many people are expected to come and we'll do our best to accommodate.
